Rubaroc Rubber Surfacing

Modstruct Inc is a proud certified supplier and installer of Rubaroc Rubber Surfacing.

Rubaroc is comprised of fine EPDM rubber granules and high-tech resins to create a soft, slip resistant surface that is both elegant and long lasting. We can resurface overtop of new and old cracked/heaved concrete, asphalt, wood, steel, and lock stone. Since we trowel our product on by hand we can level out dips and blemishes to create a smooth flat surface.

Resurface over old concrete, asphalt, lock stone, wood, steel or gravel. ModRoc is unlike any other surface. It is long-lasting, safe for children, easy to maintain, and you can expect fast and professional installation.
